Mechanical FLoor Plan Entry can light, can lights need trims/bulbs that fit. Also the entry switch did not turn the entry light. Vestibule at Entry, switches and cover plates could be updated. Counter top could be updated, or remove it completely, paint the walls and place a furniture item in its place. Looking towards bathroom from the entry; replace the tile floor? Hallway from Entry to Living Room, Laundry in the closet; trims in the cans; maintenance on the bifold doors Entry Hall, looking back at the entry Living Room Vestibule at Living, Dining and Kitchen, vestibule needs updating, remove cabinetry Kitchen from the Dining Kitchen, under counter lighting needs updating; pendants over the peninsula would be nice. Kitchen, it would be nice if the sink was under mounted. If the floor tile was left, change the countertops ;keep the cabinets, repair the failing edge tape on the doors and drawers, Example of failed edge taping; the glue has failed on most tape edging Corner detail does not go well with the residence; also note the wear on the carpet, THe patio/deck surfacing is lifting and need to be refinished Closet doors need maintenance Carpet wear, replace Carpet wear Pocket Door needs a maintenance, probably replacing Save the shower work, replace the floor tile and granite threshold Vanity needs updating
